Well I’m here.  The food is fine.  I don’t have problem with it but my companion wants to lose 20 pounds while he’s here so he hardly eats anything.  My companion is Elder Demass.  He went to Murray High and I actually played him in bball freshman year.  Pretty cool.  We have two roommates and they’re really cool.  One is from Timpanogos and one is from Weber.  We all get along great.  The teacher is really cool.  Her name is Sister Garlick.  She’s really helpful, but I don’t know any German yet.

Last night was pretty sweet.  We had a devotional from Richard G. Scott and he talked all about prayer.  It was awesome and I felt the spirit for the first time for as long as I can remember.  By the way when you see Brody next time he comes over to our house give him $100 and a huge hug.  He ate lunch with me and we talked the whole time and he bore his testimony about gaining testimony.  He really is the man.  I love him.  I left feeling really encouraged.  Charlie and Will also wrote me letters that really lifted my spirits.  They’re awesome for doing that.  They shared some personal experiences that I can definitely relate to.  So that was good to hear.  So basically I’m just trekking along.  Keep the letters coming daily please, and tell the rest of the family too.  Demass thinks it’s some sort of competition who gets the most mail and he jumps up and down every time he gets a letter.  So get on that.  Right now I’m losing badly.  Anyway love you all and I’ll keep on writing letters.  The language is sooo hard.  But things will pick up I’m sure.

Love, Henry
